Dr.Elchuri Recipe for Ayurvedic Shampoo(preparation,usage,benefits given here)

Ayurvedic Shampoo :

Required Components:

Rita Powder(కుంకుండు కాయలు) -100 Grams
Seekakaya Powder(సీకాకాయ పౌడర్) -100 Grams
Usirika Powder(ఉసిరిక పౌడర్) - 100 Grams
Maredu Powder(మారేడు పండు పౌడర్(paste ): 100 Grams

Preparation Method:

Now mix all the products mentioned above and then makeit paste and store in a bottle.



How to Use:

For Gents : Soak three spoons of powder and for Ladies take 6 Spoonfuls of powder in hot water for 3-4 Hours,Take a Lemon's Juice and mix it with which you have already taken powder with a spoon.Apply this liquid paste by massaging and after waiting for 5 minutes take bath. Follow this procedure once a week for 8 weeks.

Your Hair will grow strong and shiny and also the hair loss decreases.

Required Components:

Mango Tree Bark(outer dark brown part)
Lodduga Chekka
Danimma (pomegranate) fruit peel
Neem Leave
Bitter Guard Pieces



Procedure to prepare:

Take all of the above ingredients together and grind them like paste . Apply this paste like Nalugu to your body, and take bath after half an hour.If you do like this everyday you skin glows and also skin tone improves.

Dr.Elchuri's Remedy(Recipe) for Breast size increase

వక్షోజాలు వృద్ధికి (పెరుగుదలకి ) డాక్టర్ ఏల్చూరి వారు ఇచ్చిన అధ్బుతమైన పరిష్కారము :
మొదటి పద్దతి(పరిష్కారం) :
వెచ్చని ఆవు పాలు - 1 కప్పు
ఆవు నెయ్యి - 1 స్పూన్
గేద(బర్రె ) - 1 స్పూన్
Sesame oil : 1 స్పూన్
Candy sugar : 1 spoon

తయారు చేయు విధానము : పై పదార్దాలని అన్నింటిని కలిపి రోజుకి రండు సార్లు తీసుకోవాలి (సేవించాలి)
లాభాలు : వక్షోజాలు అందం పెరుగును.
Dr.Elchuri's Remedy for Breast size increase:

Remedy No.1 :

Required Components :
Warm cow’s milk: 1 cup
Cow’s ghee: 1 spoon
Buffalo’s ghee : 1spoon
Sesame oil : 1 spoon
Candy sugar : 1 spoon.

Usage:

Mix all the above contents and take two times a day and see the result.

Benefit:

Breast beauty as well as size increases.

రెండవ పరిష్కారం :
(1 )భుజంగాసనం : ఈ ఆసనాన్ని 5 సార్లు వేయాలి (బోర్ల పడుకుని పొట్ట నేలకి ఆన్నించి అప్పుడు మెడ ని పైకి వుంచి చేతులని నేలకి ఆన్నించి అలా విశ్రాంతి తీసుకోవాలి.

2.ఉష్ట్రాసనం : వజ్రాసనం లాగ ankles (మడిమల) మీద చేతులు ఉంచాలి.

3. నిలబడి చేతుల (arm ) కి సంబందించిన ఆసనాలు వేయాలి.
a) Bring your arms forward and then spread left hand to left and then right hand to right while in standing posture.
b) Arms up and arms down while in standing posture.
c) Rotate each arm in clockwise and anti clockwise.


Remedy No.2:

i)Bhujangasanam –Do this aasana for 5 times a day (Lie down on stomach and raise your neck resting on hands touching the ground).

ii) Ushtrasanam (Hold the ankles while in Vajrasnam posture).

iii) Stand and do arm exercises:

a) Bring your arms forward and then spread left hand to left and then right hand to right while in standing posture which gives good result.

b) Do Like Arms up and arms down while in standing posture.
c) Rotate each arm in clockwise and also anti clockwise position.

మూడవ పరిష్కారం ; కావాల్సిన పదార్దాలు

అశ్వగంధ :100 గ్రాములు
శతావరి : 100 గ్రాములు
జటమాసి : 100 గ్రాములు
పుస్కరాములన్ : 100 గ్రాములు
వాకుడు కాయలు : 100 గ్రాములు
తయారు చేయు విధానము:

పై పదార్దాలని అన్నింటిని కలిపి పోడులుగా చేసుకుని ఒక బాటిల్ లో నిల్వ చేసుకోవాలి.

వాడు పద్ధతి : ఇలా తయారు చేసిన పౌడర్ ని కావలసినంత మిశ్రమాన్ని తీసుకుని,దానికి కావలసినంత వెన్న ని కాని లేక నెయ్యి ని కానీ కలిపి ముద ల చెయ్యాలి . ధీనిని పడుకునే ముందు రెండు వక్షోజాలకి nipples కి తగలకుండా apply చేసుకోవాలి .అలా cotton ని వుంచి పడుకోవాలి.

లాభాలు : వక్షోజాల పెరుగుదలకి ఉపయోగపడును.

Remedy No.3:
Puskaramulan : 100 grams
Satavari : 100 grams
Jatamasi : 100 grams
Aswagandha : 100 grams
Vaakudu kayalu : 100 grams

Make the powders of all the above constituents by pounding and then store in a bottle.

Usage: Take a required quantity of above powder, and then add required quantity of butter or ghee to make paste. Apply that paste to both the breasts before sleep without touching the nipples. now Place cotton on both the breasts and place a patti to it.

Benefit:

It gives Growth of chest and also chest size increases.


Remedy No.4:

Required Components:

Attipatti
Tella kaluvas
vasa
katukarohini
pasupugheesesame
oil water

Procedure to prepare:

Take Attipatti,tella kaluvas, vasa, katukarohini, pasupu in equal proportion and pound them. To this Add two times the above weight of ghee, two times sesame oil (nuvvula noone) and 16 times water and boil on SIM flame till ghee and oil remains. Filter and then store the oil which prepared.


Usage:

This tailam has to be taken in a dropper bottle and place 3 or 4 drops in both the nostrils and breathe in and then see the result.


Benefits:
Chest size increases and also gives good beauty of the chest.


Remedy No.5:

Components:
powder of lotus flower seeds
Sugar
water

Procedure to prepare:

Now Take powder of lotus flower seeds and then add equal quantity of sugar. Take one spoon of this along with water both morning and evening also. Along with the above procedure, crush the lotus flowers and then place the paste on both the breasts without touching the nipples.

Benefit:
Surely Breast size increases within one month.

Remedy No.6:


Required Components:

Vaakudu fruits
Satavari
Chengalwakostu
Jatamamsi
Aswagandha.



Procedure to prepare:

Take vaakudu fruits, satavari, chengalwakostu, jatamamsi, aswagandha in equal parts and grind to paste by adding water. Add 4 times of cow’s milk, two times sesame oil(nuvvula noone) and boil on SIM flame till oil remains. Filter and store oil. Apply this oil two times a day to both breasts. Now this can be applied to entire body to increase overall personality.

Breast Size Increases and also helps to increase overall personality.

Remedy No.7:

Required Components:

peedda muttava pulagam
china muttava pulagam
vasa
sowarchalavanam
Chengalvakostu
ksheerakoli


Procedure to prepare:

Take powders of peedda muttava pulagam, china muttava pulagam, vasa, sowarchalavanam, Chengalvakostu, ksheerakoli (all items are available in ayurveda stores) and filter in a cloth and store. Add little butter or ghee to the required quantity as per daily requirement and apply the paste to both the breasts. Gently massage.

Benefits:
Chest size increases to the required quantity and gives beauty.

Recipe No.8:

For the loosened breasts:

vaakudu kayalu
uttareni roots
pepper
pippali
aswagandha dumpalu
mustard
grandhi tagaram
chengalva kostu

Method of preparation:

First Take vaakudu kayalu,uttareni roots,pepper, pippali, aswagandha dumpalu, mustard, grandhi tagaram, chengalva kostu in equal proportion or quantity and make powders separately. Mix and then store that powder.

Take powder in sufficient quantity and mix goat's milk(gorrey paalu) to consistency. Apply to this to chest without touching the nipples before sleep. Place cotton on the breast and wear bra. Early in the morning clean and then take bath.

Benefits:

This paste will remove the impure water stored in breast and also loosened breasts will become strong and tightened. If any black spots or sores appear on the breast, apply coconut oil and they will be removed easily.

కావాల్సిన పదార్ధాలు:
టమాట(Tomato) : 50 గ్రాములు (50 gm)
క్యారేట్ (కార్రోట్) : 50 గ్రాములు (50 gm)
బీట్ రూట్ (Beet root ) : 10 -20గ్రాములు(10 -20gm)
లేమన్ (lemon) : 1 (ఒకటి)
పటిక బెల్లం(Candy sugar) : 150గ్రాములు(150gr)
హనీ (honey) : 50గ్రాములు(50gr)

ఇప్పుడు టమాట,క్యారేట్,బీట్ రూట్ లను మిక్సీ లో వేసి బాగా మెత్తగా అయ్యిన తర్వాత వడ పోసుకోవాలి .ఇప్పుడు ఈ మిశ్రమానికి పటిక బెల్లం పొడి ను కలిపి పాకం లా చెయ్యాలి (స్టవ్ ను సిమ్ లో వుంచి చెయ్యాలి).ఈ మిశ్రమానికి తేనె మరియూ నిమ్మ రసం కలిపి ఒక బాటిల్ లో నిల్వ చేసుకోవాలి .

వాడు విధానము :

ఇలా నిల్వ చేసుకున్న మిశ్రమాన్ని 2 -3 స్పూన్స్ ఒక గ్లాస్ మంచి నీటి లో కలిపి ఒక నిమ్మాకాయని అందులో పిండుకుని సేవించాలి .

రక్తము తక్కువ గా వున్నా వారు దీన్ని రోజు కి మూడు సార్లు తీసుకోవాలి .
ఇప్పుడు మిగిలిన పదార్ధాన్ని(పిప్పి) ముఖాని కి కూడా రాసుకోవచ్చు (ఫేస్ ప్యాక్)
